Ginger Tavern began as a neighborhood counter with a stubborn idea: espresso should taste decisive, mornings should feel warm, and the beans behind the bar should be honest enough to sell by the case.
We named the room for ginger—the bright heat that cuts through sweetness and wakes a cup without shouting. That same idea shapes our roast profiles: chocolate depth, a clean red-fruit lift, and finishes that stay interesting through a second pour.
As regulars asked for bags to take home, chefs asked for cases for the line. Wholesale grew from those conversations—not as a separate brand, but as the same coffee, scaled with care. Today Ginger Tavern Cafe & Wholesale serves walk-ins at the bar and partners who need reliable supply without losing personality.
